While working on a project, I came across an interesting bug in the Firefox rendering engine involving html comments. As it turns out, it's likely related to a very old "bug" that has roots in the folks over at Mozilla following the SGML specs quite strictly. However, I think this particular implementation deserves posting due to its brevity as well as its oddity.

I've taken some time recently to scrub this site of any code bearing a non-GPL license in order to comply with the rules of being listed at the Joomla! Extensions Directory. Early this morning, the majority of my extensions had submissions sent, and are now awaiting approval! Hopefully, someday soon all of my components, modules and plugins will be listed on the official Joomla! site.

As you may have noticed, I changed the site's template today. This is one I've had on the back burner for a while, and never got around to finishing up until lately. Anyways, I know a lot of you will be relieved that this template is not high-contrast, so your eyes should rest a little easier!

I'd like to say "sorry" to anyone who visited lately using IE as their browser. I guess the site was hosed. That said, I've retested the site in IE 7 and 8, so as long as you're running one of those browsers, you should be fine.

I'm not so much worried about the facts as I am with the spelling... ![]() |
