What's A Folder?

A customer called me today, saying some of her files were missing...

Me:  "You wouldn’t happen to know where you saved those files, do you?"
Her: "Excel."
Me:  "Right, but I mean what folder?"
Her: "Excel."
Me:  facepalm, hopes she has a folder named "Excel"
